He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Salamone and Francesca Salamone (Moscato); his siblings, Michele Salamone and Josephine Garaffo; and his son-in-law Ross T. Lessack.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Salamone (Maria); his daughters, Maria Dorval (Andre) of Bristol, Josephine Macey (David) of Marion, Silvana Lessack (Paul M. Masucci) of Middlebury and Lidia Ryan (Charles); and his sisters, Gerlanda Gugliotti of Waterbury, Carmella Santamaria of Sicily and Arcangela Lombarda of France. He is also survived by Sisters, OR, his seven loving grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Francesco's name to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
