He was predeceased by: his parents, Izauro Branco and Amalia Branco (Santos); and his sister Anna Branco Francisco. He is survived by: his son Francis I. Branco Jr. (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Matthew J. Branco, Emma G. Branco of Rochester, N. Y. and Meghan F. Branco (Helen Sargent) of Rochester, N. Y..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home (240 N Main St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (2071 Baldwin St, Waterbury, CT 06706). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:20 AM at the All Saints Cemetery.
