He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Houghtaling and Louise Houghtaling (Musante); his significant other Shirley K Jewett Houghtaling; and his stepdaughter Tammy Jewett. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Houghtaling (Darlene DeRosa) of Ellington, Karen Houghtaling (Joseph Leonard) of Wolcott and Laurie Rodgers; and his stepchildren, Shelly Lachance (Jay), Wayne Jewett (Gina) and Lisa Jewett. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
