He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel J. Blair (Clinton); his parents, Fred Blair and Clydie Blair (Davis); his sons, Darrell Rogers Blair (Wilbert F Clinton Jr.) and James Edward Blair (Verlion Blair); his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Elbert, Eddie Dudley Sr., James Curry and Carroll Curry; his sisters, Mildred Dixon, Rosa Ella Williams and Mary Elbert; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Blair, Carolyn Parrish and Esterlena Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janelle Parish Philyaw (Jamell) of Fl, Nikkita Wright (Brian) of Meriden, CT, Ladora Sanders, Danette Keel-Broome of Charlotte, NC and Romona Barnes (Michael) of Waterbury, CT; his sister Readie Dudley of Meriden, CT; his siblings-in-law, Eugene Williams Sr. of East Dublin, GA, Harroll Curry (Eva), Humes Perry of Waterbury, CT, Carol Curry, Diana Curry of Bristol, CT and Eliza Ann Morrison (James); and his nephews, Edward Blair (Freda) of Hartford, CT. and Curtis Blair (Kim) of Wrightsville, GA..
