He was predeceased by: his parent Eldner; and his son Ernest Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sarah L. Smith; his sisters, Mattie Faye Dickens (Jessie) of Danbury, Connecticut and Launia Brown of Danbury, Connecticut; and his children, Karrie Moore (Shaquan), Jamaine Stewart of Waterbury, Maceo Phoenix of Danbury, Tamesha DeWolf (Andrew) of Buffalo, Tiffany Wheeler of Buffalo and Derrick Wheeler of Hartford, Connecticut.. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM at 1575 Thomaston Ave, Waterbury, CT 06704.
