Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hedwig Aleksinas of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 96, on January 11, 2022. She was predeceased by: her spouse Bronis Aleksinas; her parents, Joseph Lubinski and Stella Lubinski (Zyznieski); her daughter Cecilia Forget; and her son-in-law Leo Forget.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Lokites (Rodney Lunsford), Theresa, Michael Carr, Sandra, Bob Houlihan, Bronis Aleksinas Jr. and Edward Aleksinas; and her brother Johnny Lubinski (Susan Senter). She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
