We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2022, at the age of 72, Janet Mayer of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Sumter, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Mayer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Trojanowski and Margaret Trojanowski (Quinn); and her brothers, Richard Trojanowski and Dr. John Trojanowski. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Mayer; her children, Jamie Yakushewich of Seymour and Jillian Yakushewich of Watertown; her siblings, Marc Trojanowski (Sherre Dampf), David Trojanowski (Sal Catinella), Lynn Trojanowski and Ann Trojanowski; and her sister-in-law Dr. Virginia Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Janet's name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
