He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Samide (Lavoie); his mother Carole Samide (Umland); his child Waterbury; his mother-in-law Carol Lee Lavoie of Watertown, CT; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly Sullivan (Patrick) of St. Cloud, FL, Ronald Lavoie (Denise) of Wallingford, CT and Daniel Lavoie (Debbie) of Elizabeth City, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
