He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rocchi and Eva Rocchi; and his siblings, Frank Orso (Carmella), Anthony Orso, Nicholas Orso (Laura), Vincent Orso, Bertha Divito (Sal), Alberta Barbieri (Romeo) and Ann Mannetti (Joseph).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Nelson); his children, John A. Rocchi of Thomaston, Andrea Vercillo New Haven (Paul Vercillo), Elaine Rocchi Hamill (Samuel Gervase) of Holly Springs, NC and Michelle Black (John Black) of Trumbull; and his grandchildren, Marcus Black, Jordan Black and Spencer Hamill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (785 Highland Ave, Waterbury, CT 06708). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (669 Platt Rd, Watertown, CT 06795).
