He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Rodriguez; and his parents, Santia Borrero and Vazquez. He is survived by: his son Jose Borrero Jr.; and his grandchildren, Nyla Brenes of Waterbury, Devan Brenes of Waterbury and Neftali K. Ortiz of Waterbury. He is also survived by eight brothers and sisters as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
