He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazzerano Mazzetti and Nancy Mazzetti (DiStiso); and his siblings, Armand Mazzetti, Pearl Petrarca, Rose Rossi and Anna Cretella.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Mazzetti (DiVito); his uncle Joey; his nieces, Nancy, Donna, Ursula and Jan; his children, William J. Mazzetti (Rosanne) of Waterbury and Sharon Marie Gugliotti (Anthony N.) of Waterbury; his grandsons, Michael J. Mazzetti (Kimberly) of Waterbury and Christopher M. Gugliotti; his great grandchild Angel Mazzetti; his sisters-in-law, Gloria DiVito and Tara Mazzetti; his cousin Joanne Devino; his friends, Maria and Donald Desaulniers; Adam, Amanda and Ed Soucy.
