She was predeceased by: her husband Francis McCormack. She is survived by: her children, Nancy McCormack-Griffin (Daniel Griffin), Kathleen McCormack and James McCormack (Maureen Murphy); and her grandsons, John Francis Thompson (Jeffrey Sherman), Jay Shiel (Shannon Shiel), Zachary and Brendon McCormack.

To honor Mrs. McCormack's memory and in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude's charities or Brass City Animal Alliance.
