He is survived by: his wife Susan Torres (Rogers); his mother Virgenmina Lugo Ramirez of Puerto Rico; his children, Paul Torres (Ruby) of Torrington and Ileana Torres Bashaw (Jason) of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Wilson, Jayna, Antoni, Brayden and Avery; and his siblings, Emilia Torres Lugo, Elsa Iris Torres Lugo, Ruthmila Torres Lugo and Radames Torres Lugo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
