He was predeceased by: his parents, Raul Otano and Carmen Otano (Padua); and his siblings, Robert, Fernando, Jose, Theresita and Vivian Otano.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Otano (Maldonado); his children, Lisa Rosario of Waterbury and John Otano; his siblings, Raul Otano of Southington, Angelo Otano of Bristol, Nelson Otano of Bristol, Elizer Otano of New Britain, Wilbur Otano of New Britain, Minerva Pagan of Plainville and Sonia DiDonato of New Hampshire; his grandson Luis Rosario of California; and his great grandchild Liam Rosario.
