He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carlos J. Ramos of Waterbury, CT and Gabriela Ramos of Bridgeport, CT; his brothers, Carlos Joel Ortiz of Boonville, NY, Jovanne J. Ramos of Fayetteville, NC, Jacob Ramos of Meriden, CT, Christopher Ramos (Florida), Carlos J. Ramos of Derby, CT, Matthew Labagh of Danbury, CT and Brandon Labagh of Waterbury, CT; his grandparents, Ricarda Ortiz of Bridgeport, CT, Maria and Ramon Cruz (Hormigueros); and his aunt Jacqueline Rivera of Waterbury, CT. And uncles Jonny Gonzalez of Bridgeport CT and Raul Gonzalez of Bridgeport CT.
