He is survived by: his mother Claudette Hicks of Waterbury; his children, Monica Hicks, Javon Hicks, Madison Hicks of Southington, Keith Hicks Jr. and Taji Hicks of Waterbury; his brothers, James Hicks Sr. (Nicole) of Kannapolis, NC and Brian Hicks (Mariah) of Waterbury; and his aunts, Rose Boyd (Craig), Delphine Rountree of Waterbury and Thalia Hicks of Elizabeth City, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
