She was predeceased by: her spouse Raphael Saunders; her parents, Wilfred Palmer and Mary Palmer (Blackwood); and her siblings, Christopher Palmer, Adassa Rhynie and Louisa Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Clinton of Waterbury, CT, Marlon Saunders of Waterbury, CT, Beverly Foster (Errol) of Waterbury, CT, Isolyn Gardner of Waterbury, CT and Velma Saunders; and her siblings, Wilfred Palmer of Stamford, CT and Vineth Campbell of Waterbury, CT. She is also survived by nine loving grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the New Pine Grove Cemetery (850 Meriden Rd, Waterbury, CT 06705).
