She is survived by: her sister Carol Lubak of Waterbury; her aunts and uncles, Mary Ann, Tony Longo of Waterbury, Betty and Jim Lukeski of Prospect; and her caregiver Gladys Gasa. She is also survived by many cousins, relatives, friends, and neighbors.
