She was predeceased by: her husband Carmine Abondolo; her parents, Joseph Gelinas and Eva Gelinas (Samson); and her siblings, Jean-Paul, Gerard, Roger Gelinas, Madeleine and Estelle Gelinas.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rejeanne Gelinas, Suzanne Soucy (Ronald) and Pauline Gelinas; and her close friend Pierrette Vincent. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Leo the Great Church (14 Bentwood Dr, Waterbury, CT 06705).
