She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Lavorgna and Rose Lavorgna (Vastola); her daughter Pamela Czarsty; and her son-in-law Joseph Blondeau. She is survived by: her children, Susan, Donna and David (Dee); her grandchildren, Allyson (Stephen), Blythe (James), Dayton, Danelle, Heather, Kellie and Eric; her great grandchildren, Madison, Cassidy, Aubrey, Troy Jr. and Gianna; and her sisters, Mary Rubano and Carol Mongelluzo.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation in Lucille's name be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, http://www.stjude.org.
