It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Abreu of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former spouse Felicita Abreu; his parents, Francisco Abreu and Soltera Rodriguez; and his son William Abreu. He is survived by: his children, Leticia Abreu of New York, Joe Abreu of Bristol, Robert Abreu of Puerto Rico and Albert Abreu of Florida; his wife Carmen Colon of Waterbury; and his sisters, Aleja Cruz and Suzana Morales. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
