He is survived by: his wife Margarita Cuevas (Villanueva); his children, Hector L. Cuevas of Waterbury, Alexsandro J. Cuevas (Janett Torres) of Waterbury, Israel M. Cuevas (Anna) of Naugatuck and Margarita Cuevas (Alfredo Ruiz) of Waterbury; and his siblings, Reynaldo Cuevas of Puerto Rico, Paula Cuevas, Carmen Cuevas of Waterbury and Lillam Cuevas of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by twenty-one loving grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
