He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Torres and Carmen Lugo; and his brothers, Feliberto Rosado and Jose Enrique Rosado. He is survived by: his wife Zelidez Torres Rosado; his children, Luis Torres Jr. of Chicago, Miguel Torres (Koanna) of Ohio, Bethzaida Torres of Puerto Rico, Lindsay Torres, Steven of Waterbury and Jessica Torres of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Denise Berdecia (Hector) of Florida, Caroll Lauer (John), Juanito and Torrington; his grandchildren, Luis III, Jazmine, Bryan, Omar, Ashley, Giovanni, Yasmin, Jose Luis, Luis Miguel, Byron, Anthony Jr., Aaliyah, Amelia, Avorie, Mariah, Edward, Julio, Carlos, Johnathan and Nicholas; and his siblings, Orlando Torres (Noemi) of Puerto Rico, Daisy Torres (Nicholas) of Terryville, Hector Torres (Doris) of Hartford and Freddy Torres of Meriden. He is also survived by many great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Waterbury (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Parish (515 S Main St, Waterbury, CT 06706).
