She was predeceased by: her parent Alcides Sepulveda; and her brother Luis Sepulveda. She is survived by: her parent Deadina Sepulveda (Quinones); her sons, Javier Alvarado Jr. of Naugatuck, Daniel Alvarado of Waterbury and Mikhail Velez of Beacon, NY; her sister Myrna Sepulveda-Fonseca (Mark Sepulveda) of Waterbury; her close friend Marcos Santiago of Waterbury; her pets, Hosway and Mingo; Aizy Sanchez of Waterbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
