She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Stack, and Angela Stack, Sr. (Cahill); her siblings, John J. Stack, Jr., Garrett Stack, Sr., Kay Stack Woods and Dorothy Stack; and her brothers-in-law, Thomas O'Connor, Brendan Woods and Vincent Rubino.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Ellen O'Connor of Unionville, Elizabeth "Betty Ann" Rubino of Salisbury, MD and Cecilia Nancy Stack of Waterbury. She is also survived by ten nieces and ten nephews and many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
