She is survived by: her children, Richard Tiso (Jockeni) of Waterbury, CT and Donna Prizio (Ricci) of Hubbardston, MA; her granddaughter Erika Kaftan (Chris) of Leominster, MA; her great grandchildren, Isabella of Leominster, MA., Dylan Guarino of Leominster, MA. and Emmilee Kaftan of Leominster, MA.; her nephews, Anthony Petro Jr. (Nicky) of Waterbury, CT and Robert Petro (Jen) of Stratford, CT; her niece Diane Carini (Robert) of Deep River, CT; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Petro of Waterbury, CT, Nicole Kurant (Jake) of Plainville, CT and Michele Petro of Plainville, CT..

As a youngster growing up in Wolcott I often enjoyed Marie's hospitality while spending time with my dear friend Richie and others from the Spring Road neighborhood. Marie was ahead of her time - a college graduate at a time when that was a near rarity for a young woman, and then an indispensable officer at Cly-Del Manufacturing.
