She was predeceased by: her former spouse Francis Red'Smith; her parents, Edward Byrne and Margaret Byrne (Kehoe); and her son Leroy Smith. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Carrie Ellis (Stacy Sacharko) of Meriden and Jennifer (Sean Nielsen); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Reid and Brady; her sister Anne; her goddaughter Nancy Pye (Sav); and also, Richard, Tom, Peggy, Barbera, Joanne and Judy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
