We announce the death of Mildred Judy Abney of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 84. Mildred will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Naomi Hunter (Reddick); her granddaughter Camille Pulley; and her siblings, Danny, Barbara, Eldon (Franklin Hunter) and Jane Barfield (Betty Daley).
She is survived by: her children, Richard, Derek Abney of Waterbury and Pamela Pulley (Nicholas); her grandsons, Alexander Pulley and Marshall Pulley of California; and her brother Roger Hunter (Susan) of Moreno Valley, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
