Though Mukerem may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Sefki Abaz; and her parents, Buleman Nuredin and Edis Nuredin (Hasan). She is survived by: her children, Gonul Abaz, Aynur Abaz and Ergin Abaz; and her siblings, Shefike Kiazim and Ajet Nuredin.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
