He was predeceased by : his spouse Atixhe Kulla; and his parents, Jonuz Kulla and Inxhiko Kulla (Fazo). He is survived by : his sons, John Kulla (Gani) of Bowmanville and Viktor (Lisa Kulla) of Peterborough; his grandchildren, Mia and Jack Kulla; his siblings, Belul, Ajdin, Xhevit and Zenija; and his nieces and nephews, Muhamer, Sami, Neshet, Vedat, Jonus, Jon Kulla, Rajmonda Spaho, Tasim and Ysen Tasimi. He is also survived by his many nephews, nieces and cousins.
A "mbretëror" (monarchist), who lived by the Albanian motto "atdheu mbi të gjitha" (homeland above all). Arrangements: Due to the restrictions in place because of the COVID-19 virus, a funeral service will not be held at this time.
Nazmi was born in Zemblak, Albania on February 1st, 1926, son to the late Jonuz Kulla and Inxhiko (Fazo) Kulla and was the youngest son of a patriotic family that helped fight for Albania's independence and foundation.
