He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret M. Belval (Collins); his parents, Rosario E. and Levina Belval (Chevrette); and his brother George Belval. He is survived by: his children, Paul G. Belval (Suzanne Peracchio) and Michele Gargano (Joseph) of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Katie (Dan), Lizzie (Rob), Matthew and Ryan; his great grandchild Cameron; and his sister Janet Cannuciari of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
