It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis C. Walent (Waterbury, Connecticut), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Borges and Caroline Borges (Baab); her granddaughter Cheyenne Walent; her siblings, John D. Borges of Tivoli, PA, Lois Kresge, Theresa Gibbs and Grace Felix; and her daughter Phyllis Ann Walent. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends.
