He is survived by: his children, Maria Isabelle Santiago (Julio), Viviana Hubbard (Dion), Raul Caraballo Jr. and Jose Antonio Caraballo; his sister Edith Mildred Caraballo; his grandchildren, Langston Brown, Marissa Caraballo, Isabelle Caraballo, Dion Hubbard II, Elijah Hubbard, Antonio Castillo and Felicita Santiago; his significant other Angela Rodrigues; his significant other's daughter Alexandra Acosta; Jaileen Larriuz and Jeanna Acosta.
