Percy Shannon (Regent) of Newport News, VA., Lavoisier Shannon of Waterbury, CT, John Shannon of Austin, TX, Ola Forbes of Washington, D. C., Rosa Shannon of Elizabeth City, NC, Laura Early, Esther Mosley (Maurice) and Marion Davenport of Waterbury, CT; his siblings, John Melvin Forbes and Doris L. Davis (William A.); and his son Quentin Shannon. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, as well as a "truckload" of nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, and special friends.
