She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenyon H. Wooster; her parents, Judson Lewis and Irene Lewis; her brothers, Judson and Charles Lewis; her sisters-in-law, Margaret and Angie Lewis; her nephew Judson Lewis III; and her niece Karen Matthews.
She is survived by: her nephews, Earl Wooster, Charles Lewis, Steven Lewis, Michael Lewis and Robert Lewis; and her niece Judy Murphy. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews.
