He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Filippone; and his wife Theresa Filippone (Kuibeda). He is survived by: his children, Carol Pelletier (Michael) of Northfield, Michael Filippone of Ocala, FL and Susan Filippone of Southbury; his siblings, Francis Filippone of Prospect and Claire Filippone of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Stephen Pelletier, Christine Sabella and Tyler Galgano; and his great grandchildren, William, Emma Pelletier, Oliver, Judah and Maya Sabella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
