He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Elizabeth Salerno (Sechow); his former wife Jane; and his daughter Kathleen Salerno. He is survived by: his wife Lauren; his son Robert J. Salerno, Jr. (Andrew Gratuito) of Terryville; and his sisters, Geri Thomas (Lauren) of Waterbury and Linda Salerno of Massachusetts.
