He is survived by: his wife Jamelle F. Blue (Pace); his sons, Robert M. Blue, Jr. and James V. Blue of Waterbury, CT; and his siblings, Edward C. Blue of Clinton, NC., Willa D. Robinson of Clinton, NC. and Eliza J. Vann of Clinton, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
