With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robin W. Smith (Waterbury, Connecticut), who passed away on November 20, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard C. Smith and Alma Smith (Hock). He is survived by: his close friend Palma Recchia; his siblings, Carley (Pat Lerz) and Timothy Smith; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Mautino, Louise Recchia and Mary-Jo Recchia; his nieces and nephews, Mari Lerz (Jose Sandoval), Katie O'Connor, Sarah Lerz, Patrick Lerz (Erin), Rebecca Bavelas, Jason Mautino, Nicole DeJesus (Larry) and Jaime Balboni; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jillian, Raeghan, Joseph, Jacob, Benjamin, Grace, Rocco and Natalia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rob's name may be made to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place.
