She is survived by: her boyfriend Mark Pelkey of Waterbury, CT; her children, Eric Raymond Oulundsen of Nashville, TN and Alexis Nicole Jurewicz of Wolcott, CT.; and her siblings, Robin Cullen of Manchester, CT and Raymond David Cullen of Hyde Park, NY.
