He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheila Dean; and his siblings, Henry Norman and Elizabeth Bolton (Yeager). He is survived by: his wife Linda Norman (Bruno); his children, Victor G. Norman Jr. (Kristin) of Wolcott, Christina Goddard (Derek) of Wolcott and Rebecca Lawson (Dennis) of Waterbury; his siblings, Helen Levasseur of Wolcott, Virginia Dalmaso of Florida and Paul Norman of Virginia; his grandchildren, Michelle, Kristy Dean, Nathaniel, Emily, Nicolas and Evan Goddard; and his great grandchild Phillip Chaine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
