Walter Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Smith of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 22, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sue Ann Smith (Hryniewicki); his parents, Walter Burr and Jean Smith Sr. (Ptaszynski); his daughter Dawn Garraffo (Tom) of Watertown; his granddaughters, Jessica and Jenna; his son Walter B. Smith III (Amber) of Waterbury; his grandchildren, Manny and Jaxson; his sisters, Gail Boulanger (Ronald), Marlene Wentworth (Charlie) of Prospect and Kathy Mauriello; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Brennan of Wolcott and Betty Ann McCann of Waterbury. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
