She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Hugar and Ruth Colburn-Bonno; and her siblings, Norma McClintock, William Hugar and Leslie "Jim" Hugar.
She is survived by: her children, William Cooper, Sherri Cooper-Brownell (Joseph) and Lori Cooper; her grandchildren, Jason, Carissa, Joshua, Caileigh, Keara and Kyrah; her great grandchildren, John and Amelia; and her sister Vicki Saunders.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Casey's Funeral Home and Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. She was an active member of Middlebury Congregational Church up until COVID but would still often volunteer at events.
