She is survived by: her children, Deanna Karas (Pete), Joseph Jr. and William; her sister Laura Hoyt (Bruce) of Torrington; her brother-in-law George Watterworth of Palmview, Texas.; her grandchildren, Jesse Karas (Jordyn) of Oakville, Billy Karas (Shelby) of Watertown, Mia of Thomaston, Ava of Thomaston and Camden Orsini of Thomaston; her great grandchild Benjamin Cole Karas of Watertown; her cousin Gary DeVoe (Kim) of Bethlehem; and her friends, Tom, Amy Guglielmi of Oakville, Pam, Wolcott and Dodie Formeister of Plantsville.
