He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgilio Cardona and Rosa Cardona (Velazquez); and his sister Jannette Cardona. He is survived by: his siblings, Virgilio, Emilio (Maribel), Daniel (Ella), Peter (Lillian), Edward (Robyn), Luis, Angel, Wilda Matilde (Edgar) and Maribel (Claude). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and many friends.
