It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Carroll Jr. (Waterbury, Connecticut), who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Carroll, Sr. and Marie Carroll (Lyons); and his cousin Rosemary Tatigian Flaherty. He is survived by: his cousins, John H. Tatigian, Jr. (Joan), Mooney, Norton and Ryan.
