He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Monaghan and Dorothy Monaghan (Burns); and his brother Donnie. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Meg and Beth; his grandchildren, Evan and Suzie; his brother Todd (Rosemary); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Grossman and Paul Grossman; his nephews, Greg (Ashley), Sean (Gina), Michael (Katie) and Bill (Debbie); and his niece Kathleen (Bill).
