Powell of Wolcott, CT and Anival Betancourt (AJ) of Wolcott, CT; his stepmother Nancy Powell of Wolcott, CT; and his grandparents, Samuel, Ruth Pellot of Waterbury, CT and Wilburt L. Powell (Barbara E. Byrd) of Terryville, CT. He is also survived by 7 uncles, 4 aunts, and a plethora of cousins.
