He was predeceased by: his parents, Hsieh-Chun Chiu and Tse-Shin Sheng; and his wife Faun Lin Chiu. He is survived by: his children, George and Jeannie; his son-in-law Jim Morehead; and his grandsons, Steven and Eric.
