It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Carroll of Waterford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Fraley, and Elizabeth P. Fraley, Jr. (Gehringer). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas G. Carroll; her sister Louise F. Melcher (David) of Fogelsville, PA; her brother-in-law James E. Carroll (Barbara) of Cape Elizabeth, Maine; and her nephews, Dr. Peter Carroll of Chicago and Brian Carroll of South Portland, Maine. She is also survived by many cousins on both sides of her family.
